Recently, after I'd decided to purchase a custom, I posted a thread asking the typical questions you guy would ask a cuemaker before placing the order.

So my search began, and I contacted countless of cuemakers to inquire prices, cue construction methods, etc. I narrowed down to a few of them, and ultimately decided on getting my custom done by Tony Bautista. I worked with Darwin (dgem) through countless of conversations, and he was extremely patient, knowing this was my first custom and having all the annoying questions. He assisted me, explained to me step-by-step on materials used, cue construction methods they prefer, what works and what doesn't work, and the list goes on.
Well, at the end, the cue I want simply cannot be done by how much I' willing to spend. So I decided to hold on to the purchase until later on.
I just want to share with you guys how patient Darwin had been to me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and the team he represents!
Thank you.
