I want to mate a Predator Vantage shaft blank to a Tiger butt that has the 3/8 by 9 acme pin.

Is this possible and if so, who could accomplish this? Or would anyone know of another low deflection shaft that has a larger tip diameter that is similar and could be made to fit the 3/8 by 9 acme joint pin?

I can't get a picture of the the joint pin to attach. It says the file is too large.

I read here that Tiger does repairs,
I would ask them to do the job.
 
You can buy the tap straight from Tiger,so it's certainly possible to do. Pretty pricey for one job though, so if you're California adjacent it might be better to visit Tiger or send them your shaft.
If you're over in Europe I can certainly help you.
 
Anything is possbile. The question real is how deep are your pockets.
