Recently refinished and leather wrapped by Dennis Searing. This thing is just beautiful. Feels great, hits great, all that and a bag of chips!

2 shafts, both 12.9mm with ivory ferrules. One shaft is original TS, and the other was made by DS when it got wrapped and refinished. Elephant ivory butt cap also.

If you are looking for classic design in a TS cue, this is the nuts.

hello all.. i just wanted to post here.. i bought this cue of Jw petree a month ago and i am very happy and over joyed with this transaction.. the cue feels , looks and plays outstanding... i wanted to write this up week or so ago.. but i have been really busy and barley had enough time to read all the messages on the forum..lol..

anyways.. we had some issues in the beginning between paypal and some other things and everything was taken care of and worked out great... he is truley an understanding individual.....

also.. sent him a predator sp8 for a leather wrap and it was a flawless job and fast turn around.. my friend is more then excited to have his cue with the leather on it.. he absolutley loves it..

as part of the scruggs deal, send Jw the shafts back to be cleaned and have moori mediums installed.. he told me to send whatever shafts i needed worked on back with them , so i send him a mottey shaft of mine that needed to be cleaned and a shaft that belonged to a relatives cue.. needless to say, all the shafts were cleaned perfect and the tips on the scruggs was the best tip job i ever seen.. my mottey shaft was cleaner then when it was new..lol and he did a great job fixing the moori that was on it.. also, my relatives shaft, he cleaned great and he put a brand new moori on it without even thinking.. he surely went above and beyong in this whole deal.. i sent everything to him in a cue case, i told him i was going to add extra money so i would help cover part of the shipping back and he wouldnt have anything to do with that.. he flat out told me there was no need.. he is a great buisness man, really cares about what his customers think and he will not close a deal unless everybody is happy!

i have to say THUMBS UP! to Mr. Petree, he is a true gentleman of the billiard community, i HIGHLY recomend his serviced to anyone and everybody and he stands behind his work and what he sells..

some day i will own a jw petree cue.. it is deffinatly on my "NEED LIST" lol

you couldnt pay me enough to say something like that.. the TRUTH ALWAYS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!

pssst.. i like my cues in 19 to 19.5.. :cool: :p

btw.. my birthday is on monday.. i like to buy stuff on that day.. i told myself that this scruggs was an early bday present to myself.. but you know how it goes.. i still have to buy more.. i bought my bike on my birthday once.. what a great present that was! lol..

yeah.. the cue is an awesome present to myself.. but you know.. i was thinking since i bought it a month before my birthday.. its not the same..

i will need to buy something else to make up for it! :) I dont want to cheat myself!

hmm.. let me posta recent pic of this cue.. you guys dont realize how nice the veneers are...

they are ebony on the outside.. with double thin purple, blue, natural and ebony on the inside...

honestly.. i think if jw took better pics.. he might have sold this cue long before i saw it..lol.. i will try to take a better pic of it..
