Any word on how Tim Scruggs is doing after his operation? Hope he's doing OK. Blud, have you heard anything?

I spoke with Tim near the end of last week. He sounded good and says that he recovering, resting and indicated that he was doing well.

Not much information but I did not want to be too intrusive.

Being a famous cuemaker doesn't mean you're a celebrity and need to notify about your health to the poolplaying community. I'm sure it's Tim's own personal issue, but I sure hope he's getting a full recovery soon.

I think my Scruggs cue paled & shivered slightly during his stroke.

Well, I am sorry that your cue took it so badly. I've met Tim on several occasions and like him both as a person and a cuemaker. I was just asking if anyone had heard how his operation went. Did not mean to intimate that he should be announcing his health issues to anyone.
