I’ve had a good experience with Joseph Picone’s tip presses.

The big feature with his is you bring your own clamping force — c-clamps, vises, hydraulic Jacks...

I’d suggest the 14mm press; it’s just easier to cut down an oversized tip than center it perfectly (plus, many “13mm” shafts are a bit oversize, so a 13mm tip is too small anyway).

I have a 13mm press as well. I’ll let you guess how useful it turned out for me.
