Titlist Conversion Question

Recently ran upon an old Titlist that appear to be a Rosewood Butt with Six Bullets in it about 1/4"-3/8" in Diameter. Bullet is a Round Circle of what appear to be Mother of Pearl. Owner say he has owned it 50 + years.

Also the Cue is a (4) Pointer (Rosewood) with a Bullets in each Point about 1/4"-3/8" in Diameter. Bullet is a Round Circle of what appear to be Mother of Pearl.

What is the Value of the Cue approx. as it sits, in Fair Condition, as the Butt is BEAT UP but not too badly DINGED UP.

Also to make it a Titles Conversion, what could I reasonably expect to pay for the conversion?

Before I'd send it to somebody to have it reworked, I'd do my best to make sure you don't have something more valuable 'as-is'. You may want to get some decent pics taken and see if anyone recognizes the work. Rambow was known to have done some circular inlays.

Thanks for the REPLY, but I think I will have a HARD TIME getting the Owner to Sell. Infor needed to maybe deal down the road as the owner is OLD.....
