I recently traded for a TNT Break cue. It has a purpleheart shaft and samsara tip with what looks like a phenolic ferrule. I used it for the first time yesterday, and WOW it breaks hard. I was previously using a jump break cue with the same tip and it is no comparison. consistently smashing the rack and making balls while controlling the cue. I would recommend one to anyone needing a breaker.
