Very well put together. Steel joint, 5/16-14 thread, Bushka style trim rings. Forward weighted, doesn't seem as heavy as it sounds. 58" Weight bolt is a 3/8 bolt 1.2 oz, so theoretically you can lighten it. As is its 23 oz...
Very solid hitting cue and the wrap is excellent. Another cue that is a lot of bang for the buck. Todd started building cues in 2002.
