Too Much Time?

Hello,
Does anyone know approx how long it takes to receive a lathe from Chris once it is ordered. I'm going to purchase in the next couple of days. Unique says end of March. Or...does anyone have a lathe they would consider parting with?

Thanks, Joe

Chris H. is probably more capable to answer your question than anybody.

depends .. i caught him at a good time and got mine in a ween. sometimes there is a back order. he will only know. wonderful man to work with

Usually within 2 weeks has been my experience on the lathes I bought from him but I would sure ask him he will tell you. Every time he has quoted me a time frame I got them a week earlier than estimated :)

You are hitting them at tax season. Pepole get there money and order new toys! Also Valley in a couple of weeks. They both will be there.

The expo might be a good route to check. The lathe guys just might have a demo model or two that they don't want to pack up and carry home. Could get a good deal. Then again, maybe not.

I seriously doubt anyone who has not already ordered a lathe from me will get one before I get back from the Expo. With me already being behind I won't discount the displays at the show, but they will be for sale and can be picked up at show closing on Sunday. Philly sales tax is 7% so take that into consideration and I only take cash or money orders. The machines will be first come first serve. I will have one Deluxe, One Midsize and an Inlay attachment.
