I am looking for an 8ft pool table. I like one piece slate as it has the advantage of having no seams. I also like a ball return system. I'm not a leather pocket kind of guy. I grew up playing on an older Valley coin op table and I loved it.
What are some top rated tables that I should consider? I know Brunswick makes nice ball return tables, but they also can be pretty costly. I'm not name brand bias.
Does anyone have some good recommendations or know where I can find some reviews on tables?
My main source is craigslist for a table as I am looking to spend about $400. There are tons of tables in this price range in my area.
