Topframe not aligned on slate

Hey,

this is the situation at my poolhall.
These Gabriels 9" tables are there since 1998 (2 rows of 3 tables, all feet are perfectly aligned)

in the picture you see those 2 topframes are not aligned, although the feet/bottomframes are perfect.

Result for the players: no 2 corner pockets react the same, not on the same table, not on any other table.
I'm not even sure if the topframes are perfectly square.
So any pocket can rattle the ball in the same way another pocket accepts the ball

I know the holes in the slate for the frame bolts are oversized, but is there any other way to know if you are aligning correctly (except for looking).

I've been thinking of doing this:
When new cloth has been installed on the bed and before putting on the topframe with cushions => I draw the markings for
- the headstring
- the footspot
- the straighline from the footspot to the short cushion (playing 1P, we need a lot of respotting)
Knowing the size of the slate end the distances for marking, this can be done without diamonds on a frame

This makes for an extra visual aid to align the topframe when looking at the diamonds on the rail.

I would like to hear your input...

English is only my 3rd language, so maybe there are mistakes.

mvg,
