Tough Shot!!!!

I drew a pic illustrating a shot i am having trouble making How can i get ball A to hit ball B and make ball B go side ways into pocket c?? And by the way ball b is frozen to the rail.Thanx guys!!! Ah crap my file is too big!!! Well,imagine looking down the table length ways like during a break and the 9 ball is frozen to the back rail about 2 in left of the center diamond and the cue ball is about 4 in from the right side rail and about 10 in from the front rail,the cue ball is close to u kinda like a break shot. I have had a little sucsess just barly hitting the object ball as it goes into the rail.
 
I am not sure where pocket C is, is this diagram close wo that you wanted to describe?
