tourneys in montreal??

hey guys, im gonna be in montreal may 21-23rd. does anyone know of any tournaments going down then?
 
there is no pro tournament but if you want to play in a local tournament go to webillard.com they have a list of all the tournaments for all the different rankings. Of course the website is in french. I know that Alain Martel and Danny Hewitt are suppose to play a race to 80 (25 games a week or something like that) but I'm not sure when exactly it will happen. If you're interested contact me when you get to Montreal.

Hey Thierry, you in Montreal? I lived there for five years back in the 70's. Wild frigging town. I blew $7,000 in the Playboy Club on Mountain one night. I use to rent out the Royal Suite at the Ritz on Sherbrook all the time. I met Muddy Waters at the "In Concert" club in old Montreal. Use to stay at the Hotel Nelson from time to time. If you tell me it is the same, I will come up for a visit. I had an apartment at 1442 Overdale. Near the corner of McCay and Dorchester. Dam good times.

hey thierry. i was lookin for a tournament i could play in. not a pro event. to bad i cant speak french i bet that site has all the info i i was lookin for.
 
I looked at the tournament schedule and it seems all the tournaments for every class ended at the end of april. In may there's only the finals in which you wouldn't be allowed to play. If you want to go play somewhere friday night let me know and we'll go shoot some balls, I should be free that night.

Hey Donald it has to be even better. Montreal has changed quite a lot. There's so much action during the summer. From the end of june til august, a big part of downtown is closed for all sorts of events (Jazz festival, Film festival, just for laughs, Africa nights and much more) it is so alive you really can't get bored. I've travelled a lot and I still find Montreal the ideal city for having fun and at the same for feeling secure and well at home. Some areas of Montreal have become so popular now (like the plateau Mont-Royal who is now considered as one of the nicest neighbourhood in North america). I'm sure you must have had some good times here and I'm sure you would have some more.

Let me know if you ever decide to come back.
