Stunning yet subtle Mariposa butterfly:

This one hard to let go. It genuinely is my nicest playing cue. The wood pin and forearm combination provide a stiff backbone with no metal to interrupt the flow of vibrations. The woods are subtle, and its a rare example of Kyle's early work. The cue was refinished by Kyle in recent years and its in fantastic shape.
Stunning Butterfly cue from Mariposa, the main forearm is Cocobolo, and the points are Ziricote. The veneers are black blue and a purple stacked laminate. Very responsive and great feel. One shaft is a quarter inch longer and larger diameter, the other is slightly shorter and small diameter; 12.75mm and 13mm. 29 inch butt, 29 shaft, 29.25 shaft
Made in mid 90s , 1994-5. Really nicely preserved early example: PICS BELOW
