Travel Cue Identification

I came across a unique 4 piece travel cue and custom bag. Can anyone help me identify this cue? The bag seems like a custom job just for this cue.

I am almost scared to hit with it. There is not a lot of support wood around the joint in the middle of the shaft. This might be a great cue to take a Carbon Fiber and customize it into two pieces. The cue bag is a really good modification or custom made from scratch. I have never seen this joint pin before.

That is a very cool custom bag. The cue is a bit scarry though LOL
