This is the first time in quite a while I tried my hand at straight pool. Within 1 hour, I shot a 44, which is good for me I think.
What is interesting to me is that it really got me focused quickly. I think that it is because it really captured my interest, and other games that I frequently play have become routine. I keep telling myself that I'll try to practice it more often, but have just not followed through with it. I'm going to try to change that though because it is a really fun game. I really wish that I had an opponent...
Oh well, I'll just poke into this subforum from time to time and see what's up.
