Photo of the walnut trim at the bottom of the frame and the walnut corner moldings with maple rosettes to hide the nuts and bolts that hold the frame together.

I turned these maple rosettes on my lathe as accents.

Um, what's up with all the screwheads showing?
Good eyes!! I have to disassemble the table and get it in my basement. These moldings cover the 3/8" bolts that clamp the frame together. Once I get it reassembled I will install removable walnut plugs in each hole.

Great looking Table..... Are you going to leave the feet like they are?

Great Job, cant wait to here how it plays and see it with a finish on it. How long tell its complete.

I sure appreciate the compliments. The table is now pretty close to finish. Maybe 98-99%. I will put the finish on when it is all disassembled. It will be a lot easier to do the final sanding on each piece that way and, of course, finish is easier to apply when the pieces are lying horizontal rather than vertical.

Regarding the feet, I have put walnut trim moldings along the bottom. I also made birdseye maple plates to cover the access holes for leveling the table.

I am going to remodel a space in my basement for the table. So, I have to complete that before I reassemble. Then I need to get a real good mechanic in here to cover the table and level the slates.

Realistically, it might be after the first of the year before I actually get to make the first break. Probably have a pool players party to commission the table.

Others have mentioned that I should try doing the leveling and covering myself. Maybe I have to rethink it.

P.S. Are Glen's DVDs ready and offered for sale? If so I must have missed the info.
