Here is the example of those cuemakers who would really do everything to satisfy their customers and go all way thru for you.You shouldn't hesitate for a second to dealing with this guy.He will do everything to make you happy and will do that all day long if is needed-
He will communicate to you during the all process and not just until he receives the money.He is interested to make his customer happy and that's what he does great.
Beside all of this his cues play great and does everything by his hands.So,for those who find these characteristic important he is one of the right guys for you.You will never feel feared for your money or not getting the cue.This is how it should be.However this isn't often these days!!!

Thomas Gedris is a real gentleman and be sure that you will get what you ordered and that you get it on time as well.From the very start you don't have to be A.Einstein to realize that doing business with him can be nothing but a great experience with happy ending !!!
:wink::wink::smile:
So,Tom,thank you on that !!!

Me

Davor,
Thanks for the kind words.

I do want the viewers to know that in the first two pictures of my cues with the leather wraps that the leather wraps WERE NOT glued on or cut to size yet. They were sent so you could decide which leather you wanted. They were just stretched over the handle for the pictures.

I don't build production (model number) cues. I will try to work with customer specs if I know they will yield a high quality playing instrument, only. Every person is different and has different perceived needs. I spend lots of time optimizing each set of materials for the highest playability. I discuss problems with customers perceived needs when I know they won't work well. Shaft tapers are modified for each cue to bring out its best song.

I limit my inlay work because playability and price are important to many customers. If I do inlay work it is all done by hand with chisels and knives. NO CNC cutting. It does take longer and limits the detail some, but I feel hand craftsmanship is still worth a lot. I also work will the highest figured woods of nature and its hard to beat Mother Nature for wood grain patterns. It is almost a sin to cover them up with garish busy inlay work.

I look forward to hearing from other great customers like Davor.
