First off
It would be benefitial to know where you are located. Secondly, how broke down is the table??? (that determines the amount of work to do on it, and ultimately, the price of doing it). The recovering will probably run 3-400 bucks.
Glen (RealKingCobra on here) would be my choice to put your table together and get it playing good.

Enter this thread in the "Talk To A Mechanic" section of this Forum. Also state where you're located. Hopefully, you'll get some responses from mechanics local to your location. They can probably get a better price for Simonis than you can so you'll save a few bucks that way. Good luck with your table.
