TS sneaky Value?

Just got this today. All straight with what appears to be full 13mm shafts.
No ivory. Butt has some finish loss near joint.
Suggestions on refinish or not?
Any ideas on value?

Nice Scruggs...two straight full shafts in the condition you describe; between $700.00 and $750.00. Don't have it refinished...just play with it.

I'd go just a touch below, maybe 600ish. But you never know, Scruggs is retired and there's alot of people who love his cues so there's always someone out there willing to pay more. But like Tonyboy said, that is a players cue - and a great looking one at that - it's meant to be played.
