Mr. Zuglan don't play well with others.
EVERYONE is treated the same.
I asked the livestream commentators and they said it is a blind draw. Should of asked them first. Sorry for the post.

There's a reason Zuglan has been as successful for as long as he has. Everyone is treated the same, he doesn't fix rules that aren't broken, and he avoids as much conflict as possible. He doesn't tolerate the bs some other tourney directors would, and for the most part he's able to keep a tight lid on everything. Kudos to him for getting this event back up and running after the COVID hiatus.

Watching on the stream, he was announcing one of the rounds and someone was late to their table, Mike took a game from him. Then a few minutes later, he took another. Then a few after that, he called the forfeit. The announcers said the same about how Mike doesn’t play favorite and enforces the rules without any variation.
Mike has always been that way. Other Tours should follow those rules!
