Leon, Is it true that your customer from Alabama said that the only cue that played like his Sly was a Searing cue he had played with. Wow! That's strong.

Yes it is true. I'm the guy. :-)

Leon is one of the few cuemakers I have seen that takes the time to have very tight tolerances at the joint. The overall finish is very good and I really like his taper.

I have owned most all of the top makers cue at one time or another. I will put a Sly up against any on playability for sure.

He only other cues I have owned that felt perfect out if he gate was a Searing. Problem with a Searing is while he makes a great cue, good luck getting anything done in a timely matter if ever...
