Todd, Yes I'm currently playing with The Hercek Cue. I'm sending the cue to Joel next month, he is going to make a new shaft and clean the cue. When Joel returns the cue I will not play with the cue. I'm going to store the cue, I didn't realize how valuable the cue is. The photos don't show the true beauty and excellent workmanship that Joel did on the cue. I do understand why you love your Hercek, he makes a great cue. Take care. Charliel
Rackin-Zack, I've been playing with the Hercek approx two years now, I just want to try something new. If you take into consideration the collectability factor, Joel's cues are being sold at a preminum on the secondary market. The cue will only go up in value as time goes on. If I so choose I can just start playing with the cue again. Thank you for the compliment on the cue. The six years is worth the wait, you will enjoy the cue. Regards. I guess I don't really understand why you wouldn't play with your cue. That's what it was made for was it not?! I guess I understand the collectability factor, but I just can't see having such an awesome cue and then not playing with it.
