uniloc weight change tool

If you can get the bolt out, there are your dimensions.
I've got the tool out in the shop and I'm in my PJs.
I'll PM info in the morning. Lol

Weight bolt

Needle nose pliers work well, as does a pair of snap ring pliers with straight tips.

There are some very good recommendations on removing this weight bolt without the special tool. Once removed I'll be able to construct a better tool for future use. Thanks for the ideas.

I haven't got the cue in front of me as the owner called about the weight bolt. He said he would go ahead and purchase the tool for me to use. I just called him back and left a message for him not to purchase the tool unless he also wanted to change the weight, not just tighten the present one.

Hi Dick,

The body of the Pred. tool is .553/554" in dia. x 3" in length minus the pins.
It has a broached 1/4" hex socket in one end to drive, pins in the other end.
The two pins are .153/154" in dia. on .295" centers. They are .340" in length.
Total stainless construction.

I think you could make the tool any length you want and drive it however suits you.
