Does "against 9 ball ghost" mean ball in hand after the break? Is scratching on the break loss of game? If you make the 9 on the break, is that a win or does it spot? What about early combos on the 9?
If the answer is ball in hand after break, scratching on break is a loss, 9 spots if it goes in on the snap, and early 9 is a win, then I think these percentages look pretty good.
However, I don't think the ghost is a very good measure of a player's overall 9-ball ability. So many games are decided on safeties and responses to safeties (attempted kick-ins or kick-safes), and all the ghost measures is run-outs. I also think the 9-ball ghost is a poor indicator of ability in other games; especially 14.1 and 1pocket, but also 8-ball, utilize very different offensive skill-sets.
