Hello I’m having trouble finding out who made this and the owner says there isn’t any markings anyone know who may have made these?

Pretty sure that's a Rhino import cue. Sold by J&J. Might send them a pic to be sure but it looks one to me. I've seen other cues from Panther and Rhino with rings like that. KaoKao in Taiwan is the actual maker. http://www.jjcue.com/images/RH-663.jpg

Well bummer hoping it was something unique but I guess it’s me just chasing the dream of owning a Joss West for over 20 years.
those kaokao cues are well made. they seem to stay straight and play good. shafts are often too thick but that's easy to fix. current buy-in for a decent 4pt JW is around 2grand-n-up. contact Joe Salazar in Texas. Top dealer that usually has a JW or two to sell.
