No clue unfortunately, but it appears to be pretty well made.
Stil, in used condition for it to bring 600 it would have to be a fairly well known name.

Is Robert short for bob Harris cues or is it a Robert Harris also ?

No it's Robert Harris out of Florida, their is a Bob Harris that lives in Kentucky. He makes about 5-10 nice sneakys a year, Bob also has a web site where he sells high end
cues.
Don't confuse Bob Harris with Richard Harris, Richard is the founder of Bluegrass cues. Both these guys are in Kentucky and Robert Harris is in Florida.
All 3 make good playing cues.
