For the past couple of years every January they hold the UPA tour championship at the Bicycle Club Casino in Bell Gardens, CA. I haven't heard anything about it recently, and the last I heard it's date's coincided with Derby City. Does anyone know if they changed the dates and when it will be? Thanks.

Last week Frank Alvarez confirmed that there is no confirmed date as of yet. I didn't speak to him in person, it was a simple text msg so I don't know the details. He did say that he would let me know when the date was confirmed. I doubt he'll tell me before they make the press release so I probably won't know before anyone else.
