US Open feed problems?

I am really enjoying watching the matches from the US open but I have some problems with the connection. I watched the 9 PM match last night and it was fine then at 11 the match could not be watched at all. The picture would freeze and that was it, I had to just give up, even the sound was messing up. Is there something I can do on my end to improve it or is it the feed they are sending? Also am I the only one having problems?

Just wondering, would adding ram help?

you watched the 9 pm match okay, why would you think you need
more RAM? Most of the time, the problems arise from buffer sizes,
which are intermediate storage buckets while information is being
transferred from point A to point B, and you have no control over
that. That is defined by the sender when the transaction is
originally set up.
