Hi, I'm coming to the Us Open for the first time in my life. I'd like to have some info about the starting day. The dates on the official website are sept. 25th-oct 1st. Do you know if on sept 25th there will be a sort of playersmeeting of the games will start? This because I'll be in Holland for the Eurotour event until sept 23rd, and I'm booking the flights but I'm having some trouble with the departure times.

Match Play usually starts on the Monday (Sept 25th)
The player's meeting has been traditionaly Sunday evening (Sept 24th)

If you think you might miss the player's meeting, you might want to contact the promoter (the person you sent your $500 to)

Tom: I just spoke to Barry the other day, the Player's Meeting is scheduled for 7:00pm, Sunday, Sept. 24th. First matches start 11:00am, Monday, Sept. 25th.
 
Thanks guys, now it's clear...
I hope to make it for the Players meeting, but I'm not sure of it. I paid my entry fee via internet, if I will need to speak to someone of the organization, as always, I'll look for the contact on the official site, then I will ask you. ;)
