Gary,

How does this cue hit? Curious about that type of joint combination (stainless with the big screw).

nice

gorgeous cue! my question is why would tim use an "all stainless" joint on one of his cues? there is no wood to wood contact. must be a hard hit. every cue I have used with a s/s joint has just been a s/s sleeve over wood so there is wood to wood contact. there must be a reason he did this.

Perhaps

Perhaps for forward balancing weight.

Shafts..?

Thanks for your reply.

Scruggs FF steel joint

The sreel joint hits and feels exactly like the ff ivory joint the way Tim and Mike do it! I hope this is helpful. Very sweet cue especially with a extra shaft! I find it hard to believe it hasn't sold yet!
