Ok guys here is where we are at right now.
As it stands we are able to reproduce the event from last year, four booths two tables and then some. We have some incredible sponsors this year and we are lining up more and more day by day.
As you all know I have spoken with Charlie Williams and I am trying to make the amateur side of this event a World Straight Pool Qualifier. This unfortunately takes money $1300.00 to be exact paid before the event.
As you all know I have been trying to increase our booth space to six and add an additional table as well to try and cut down as much on the wait listing as possible.
Basically we are trying to make the event as big as possible. We are getting closer and closer to our goal monetarily to put the event on where it should be size wise however I am asking all of your thoughts on the matter.
Right now as I said we have more than enough to produce the original event and even add some money into it. That would however leave us looking at the amateur / pro sides of the event and how the money would be split.
Guys basically I am asking for your ideas logistically if you were in my position. How you would move forward. Keep in mind each booth is $1,000 dollars and Allen Hopkins is giving us a booth as well.
Let me know your thoughts on the matter.
