Was talking with a guy the other day about a 7 foot valley table he had for sale. I asked about Simonis cloth installed and he told me Simonis cloth can't be glued that you had to glue wood strips to the slate to staple the cloth to. Is this true or not?

Note for Glue-Down Installations

Simonis cloth can be glued, but only with certain adhesives. Most spray adhesives, WILL NOT hold the cloth in a edge-glue application.

I better tear the Simonis off my Gold Crown because I glued it on. Dog-gone it anyways, I wish I knew that, now I have to go and do it over again!!! :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
I guess thats thew penalty I pay for buying the Simonis installation DVD and following the instructions. (I mean no disrespect to OP, only the people giving him misinformation)
