Break out the canes and Viagra. The old boys can still get it done.

Experience and treachery will beat youth and skill every time...or at least sometimes.

Ya Know

I think, in a way, it would be a befitting end to a great tournament if Nick or Jose won the tournament, and I don't think anyone would begrudge them, both are great players, and a part of Pool History. Nick just keeps on amazing me with his play .... a true champion.

Both are tough customers mentally.
Seems if they can still play a bit too.
Parica got spanked early last tourney.I think he's got his eye on the hoped for 100K bonus.
RJ

....oh but the wonders of Viagra

LMAO! I wouldn't count either one of the old boys out for one second, they are both capable of winning the whole thing. One thing is for sure, neither is gonna get nervous or physched out in a pressure situation.

I never subscribed to the age theory in pool. As long as you are healthy and in control of your motor functions and mind, how could you get worse?

I'd rather play a hot young gun than a seasoned world beater... No doubt...

Look at Efren :) . He is living proof that you get better with age in our game. Who would you rather play? Cesar Morales or Efren Reyes ;)

That's a hard choice if what Efren says is true that he was at his peak when he carried the moniker Cesar Morales. That's also about the same when he dethroned Jose Parica as the top dog in the Philippines.

I couldn't help

but notice yesterday, how much Hillbilly X347 and Parica both seem to
'pick up the pace'. They both had looked like they were just loping along barely making it to the next round before.
