I purchased this cue from Verl in 1997. This cue is in the same condition as when I got it from Verl. I would estimate I've played less than 10 hours with this cue over the last 12 years. One shaft has never been chalked. The butt and shafts roll straight together and apart. This cue has 6 points 3 long and 3 short. The butt has six ivory diamonds 3 large and 3 small. Honestly, I did not think the butt cap was ivory but I had Chad at CAM cues look at this cue a couple of months ago and he said the butt cap was definately ivory. The joint is ivory with a 3/8 10 pin.
Shaft 1: weighs 4 oz and measures 13.09 mm. This shafts ferrule is not ivory. This is the only shaft that has been played with.
Shaft 2: weighs 3 7/8 oz and measures 12.98 mm. This shafts ferrule is ivory. This shaft has never been played and the tip has never been chalked.
This is a cue for the serious collector. Asking $3,400. Reduced to $2,850.
