Selling this Viattorre cue because of a family emergency. Had to take my mom to the hospital as she collapsed over the weekend and she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, which has left her partially paralyzed.
I have sold off quite a few of my cues already to local folk and friends. I know that some people here have wanted to try a Viattorre, and this is a very sweet hitting cue. I did post a few pics of this cue before, and someone here in AZB almost got it but backed off at the last minute because he was looking for a cheaper Viattorre.
This cue cost me $800 to have made. That does not include the price of the Predator Partial that I bought from Rick Matzke of Seyberts and had made by Viattorre into the 2nd shaft of the cue. The original shaft is a great hitting, hard maple shaft. The cue took almost 1.5 years to make, well, at least that was how long i waited for it.
The cue has a birdseye heartwood forearm with cocobola points. Each point has an olivewood diamond. The points are all sharp and line up perfectly. The handle is a nice piece of segmented curly maple. The rings are SW style railroad track rings.
The buttsleeve is cocobola with olivewood diamonds all around. Radial pin, 19.5oz with a 19" balance point. Feels lighter than it is because of the nice forward weight. No metal in this cue except for the radial pin. No dings or scratches.
Oh, both shafts have moori M tips now, and the hard maple shaft has a tip size of 12.75mm. Not sure about the predator shaft tip size.
Asking for $650 for the cue which will include the shipping cost to your location. Payment to me can be made via www.xoom.com (which accepts payment via credit card or thru paypal.)
Here are the pics again.
nbc (sorry about the rather large pic sizes)
