Vintage Fischer 8ft table questions...

I might be purchasing an old Fischer table, a lot is unknown and I'm going to see it today. I'm no expert (not even close lol) and was hoping to get some more information on this table. I know its hard to say anything for sure with just the pictures I'm posting and I'm not sure if I'm posting this is the correct spot (long time reader first time poster). What I was told from the owners is that it isn't slate but 3" composite?? I have no interest if it isn't slate but I'm still going to check it out to see if maybe/hopefully they are wrong. I've read about Fischer releasing a "honeycomb playfield" and thinking maybe that's what he was talking about. Also and I know I sound naïve, mostly because I am, I'm planning on attacking the breakdown, moving, refelting, and set-up without a professional. This table isn't expensive and I would like to see what all I can do and maybe learn something along the way. So any advice on moving the table would be greatly appreciated also. Believe me when I say that if this was a Diamond I would be calling the pros but for $150 and the experience I see what I can do.

Thanks.
