Vintage Pin-in-shaft (Brunswick Style?) Older Cue ID w/ Brown bumper?

Anyone wanna speculate as to the origin? Looks like vintage Brunswick to me,

Pin-in-the-shaft (perhaps 5/16x14? Or 3/8-10?) Can't tell if the green at the bottom of the wrap is original like adams? Or is like electrical tape

Update: Yup electrical tape holding the test of the nylon on. The wood is very nice in person & points are dead even. Took a chance and purchased this for $30. Def overpaid. Gonna chalk this up to a l learning lesson.

I typically never even look at older cues that have that "Imported" look to them, hoped this was different.
The stained points are just that. No real splices. Just used a thick stain to create the appearance of a jointed cue.
