Vintage valley Pool table

Hello I'm new to the website. Been shooting pool all my life. And I enjoy collecting and sometimes selling antiques. My love for the game and a craftsmanship of pole accessories has always been a big interest.
What I have is a vintage valley bar box coin slot I traced the numbers back to Pontiac Michigan in the late 1920s. What I'm looking for is I believe this table would have a Double Dime Coin Slot. It has the American Valley wings over ball return. At break end serial number VA-25335-X.
Coin Slot is next to ball return. I don't want to break the bank. But would like to finish table. I tried to attach pics but didn't have any luck with that.
Also what is a table like this worth. I took all laminations off of it. And found out that he had Red oak rails and beveled red oak corners underneath. And is presently a piece of furniture in my dining room.

Greetings. I do not know if you're aware, but valley/dynamo website has PDF downloads that will allow you to date your Valley table. I myself own a older Valley table from the early '70s. It plays lights out as I have had the U23 cushions replaced and changed the pocket facings from 1/8 to 3/16, which slightly tightens the pockets. As for your table's worth, I do not know. (If you have a 6ft valley, which are rare, sometimes the value of the Slate is worth just as much as the whole table). I would like to add that Valley tables built before 1971, I believe, do not have rail bolts. They use wood screws to attach the rails to the frame.. A lot of parts are not available for those vintage tables (according to the Penguin Products website I believe they can make custom rails for those older tables with wood screws.. for a fair price) . Also, the Valley/Dynamo website does not really give any information on how to assess a table's value. I believe the best thing to do would be to search the internet or look on ebay.. or Facebook marketplace. That may help you to value your table. Gianni

Thank you for the info. I'm primarily looking for coin slot witch would have been a double dime. And would finish the he table. I e put a 860 simonis cloth on it. As for the age of the table. I traced it back to 1928 Pontiac Michigan.
I don't know what kind of rails are on it but they play very well. Rails are from the mid 60s when the table was purchased.
Thanks again Ed

You can contact Ken at https://www.classicbilliards.net
He might have some old parts (coin slot) for your Valley table. (I have an old single quarter slot). Gianni
