Client brought in a Viper cue - wanting to have a bit of weight added. Bumper didn't "give-way" with the normal "coaxing", so thought I'd yield to the experts to see if Viper bumpers have a "quirk" (threaded, glued, etc).
Any guidance greatly appreciated.
