Vitalie Tables

they closed in 2010 and were in NC since roughly 1996. saw an old NC business news item about the closure dated 2011 that said they'd been there in Rosman about 15yrs. In Anaheim from '72 til they moved. Just curious, what are you trying to find out about them?

Recently bought a Vitalie table and are trying to find out how old it is. On the top of the frame parts it has NC written in permanent marker. I did a prior post about a week ago with pictures.

Thanks

My $.02 here is that the 'NC' has nothing to do with where it was built. More than likely an internal inventory code of some sort. Seriously doubt they moved much stock when the went east and once they got there they wouldn't put NC or 29 or whatever on other than as a code of some sort. Unless you meet the shop supervisor or someone that kept the books you're never going to nail down the build date. Does it really matter? They made a good table but they aren't considered collectors items.
