VNEA Board members?

ok how do i find out what the vnea board members do and who they are for columbus ohio??

heres why we always play this one team with a captain who says he sits on the board and always uses that to his advantage to threaten teams like ours who usually beat them with things like "I sit on the board im going to get your team bumped up to the higher division so you wont have a chance in the state tourney" or like last night i was polaying him and it was a stalemate game of safes and fouls for about 5 turns i call a stalemate game he calls me a dick and says, "theres no stalemate rule in this league i know i sit on the board" so he makes us play on and i end up losing the game and come to find out there is a stalemate rule, and i was right.

i feel that someone shouldnt be able to use there posistion to intimidate lie and in this case cheat other teams in their area.

id like to know what i can do to fix this situation. oh and by the way the game in question cost us two rounds maybe 3 i think, 5th hole 3rd round and overall ball count so it was a huge swing.

7. STALEMATED GAME: If in 3 consecutive turns at the table by each player (6 times in total), they purposely foul or scratch and both players agree that attempting to pocket or move an object ball will result in immediate loss of game, then the game will be considered a stalemate. The balls will then be re-racked and the breaker of the stalemate game will break again. PLEASE NOTE: Three consecutive fouls by one player is not a loss of game.

Look for local leagues, and contact info. If nothing else, get the VNEA phone number, and call them to ask for contact info. There is a stalemate rule, but different leagues, have different rules in play. The National rules are a guide, and some rule don't apply at local level. Find out who your charter holder is, and ask them,, {unless of course, the guy causing problems is the one running your local league}
