It was an extensive process where we polled a large number of people who have been around the game a long time. Some of them were people who ended up on the ballot. The board of directors had very little say as to who made the initial ballot. I can tell you that in the first day of voting that the votes are across the board so the first ever ballot is very accurate. When people vote they also have the opportunity to nominate 2 individuals that they feel should be on the next ballot.
