want to try snooker/potts cue

no one I know in my area uses these cues..wonder if y'all know of any decent, but inexpensive versions online I could purchase to try out?

I could buy one on ebay, but I'm not really sure what to look for there..not seeing any potts cues being sold there, and wonder if any bootleg versions even exist...

a snooker cue tip would be a lot smaller than that of the potts cue. they are usually around 9.5mm. potts cue tip is about the same as a predator z2 i think?

yea, the potts cue is 11.5mm with more of a conical taper..kind of a pool/snooker hybrid, I spose.

personally, I'm interested in this design, but I've never used a proper snooker cue either, so I'm interested in that, too.

I have also been looking at the Pott's cue, but haven't pulled the trigger. Trying to find some reviews to get a feel on how good the quality is.

I currently play a snooker cue made for me by Mr. Wooldridge. In discussion with him, stated I wanted to try snooker, but also wanted to use it to play 8 and 9 ball. It has an 11mm tip and I love it. Even with smaller tip, moves the ball better than most any other cue I have owned, which has been a lot.
