It is the I-2 being offered but if you read the description he says he can change it to a I-3 upon your request. I have never used this seller before so I don't know how good he is. I just saw the shaft on ebay and thought I would post it here for you.

You can get a tiger x-shaft blank at atlas supply for around $80 and have a local cue builder tap it. I bought one of their break shafts and had Kerry Zeiler put in a Uni-lock insert. He did a great job.
