In the US is very hard (if not impossible), since the Adam carom line is mainly made only for Europe/Asia.
Sadly, the beatiful Carom/3 cushion game is not popular here.

The link above is incorrect. I am assuming you want the actual Blomdahl cue, not the one the cheap starter model that sells for 200.-€ that is depicted in the above link.
The actual cue starts from 700.-€ and I suggest you to check websites from Belgium or Netherlands. If you want a used one, I can find you one and you can also check www.marktplaats.nl
