Wanted - Fellini Case Latch Hardware Kit

I have a Fellini 1x2 case and am looking for a replacement latch hardware kit. I have seen these for sale in the past on eBay, but nothing is active. If someone has a latch kit (upper and lower latch plus rivet pins), please PM me.

Replacing those things is complicated. I believe the best way to replace them is to get longer rivets that go through to the inside and under the felt. I'm thinking as long as the rivets are relatively flat, the felt will protect from the rivets.

You'll never forgive yourself if you put it all together and gouge your cue.

When you find your hardware, consider high performance glue.

Good point. I never thought of that but you're right, I bet if you scuffed up both surfaces and used the right kind of glue, it would never come loose under normal conditions.

My lock set comes with 2 short pins and 4 longer pins for just that reason
