Did you view the content in the URLs I posted? Stack leather is in essence a one-piece soft leather "cord" that is tightly wound, flattened, and pressed onto your cue's gripping area (after the previous wrap is first removed and the bare wrap area prepared, of course). When the wrap is installed, it has no seam, is completely smooth (or it can be impressed/embossed with whatever texture you want), and is very decorative as well.
It's hard to explain "the look" of it, because there are many. That's why I recommend taking a peek at those links I shared. Just keep in mind there are several different motifs -- some look like a barber's pole; others look like marble (the stone); others look like mosaic tile; and others are completely one-color-smooth.
In a word, they're beautiful. As for what they feel like, they're between a regular leather wrap, and no wrap at all (i.e. wrapless). Stack leather is probably the closest you'll get for a wrap to "feel" wrapless. And it's got a nice "tack" to it as well -- the human skin grips it quite well.
