It's on now.
Alcano vs Luong Chi-Dung

For Sopcast users:
I noticed that the Star Sports channel doesn't show up in the menu.
Dont' panic. Go the www.myp2p.eu
The "NBA" page has direct link to the channel.
Enjoy!:D

Alcano incredibly won 6 racks in a row and defeated Luong 9-7
Wu Yu-Lun just took down Gabica 9-4. This junior world champ really is very talented.

I couldn't seem to get through via TVU. Is this an alternate break format?
It seems Ronnie is the only Filipino who will advance, everybody else fell by
the wayside...

Yeah, TVU didn't open up the Star Sports for me either. Should I install Sopcast then... sigh.

Too bad.......Alex Pagulayan (again), Wu Chia-Ching, the reigning champion Chang Jung-Lin, Antonio Lining and Antonio Gabica are all konoked out too earily.

Last 8-
Au Chi Wai (HKG)
Yang Ching-Shun (TPE)

Lu Hui-Chan (TPE)
Wu Yu-Lun (TPE)

Chao Fong-Pang (TPE)
Ricky Yang (INA)

Ronato Alcano (PHI)
Chan Keng-Kwan (SIN)

Taiwan lost 2 major contenders in Chang & Wu (Chia-Ching)
But the Pinoys suffered even bigger blow.
I'm hoping a Yang-Alcano or Yang-Chao final (hopefully Yang will prevail in his hometown)
:D
For the broadcast, the channel on TVU has no signal. Now only Sopcast's is working.

the quarterfinals-

Game 1:
Three-time world Junior Champion Wu Yu-Lun beated two-time world Junior Champion Lu Hui-Chan 9:4

Alcano vs. Chen update

Watching LIVE via TVU channel Star Sports 10006 right now. The speed is coming in good via TVU. For some reason, my SOPCAST has been constantly buffering today.

Anyway, Alcano is leading 3 to 1 right now.

Score is 4 to 2 now Alcano's favor. Looking good to make it 5 to 2.

And he does. 5 to 2 Alcano

Game 2: Ronato Alcano (PHI) 9:5 Chan Keng-Kwan (SIN)
Game 3: Yang Ching-Shun (TPE) 9:5 Au Chi Wai (HKG)

Finally! TVU is working great for me! Fong Pang-Chao is leading Ricky Yang,
7 games to 4 with the winner facing Ronnie Alcano in the semis.

Wow, anyone saw how Chao kick & jump to hit the 4 in 12th rack?
That's a sensational shot!

Yeah I saw it but he sold out the 4. Unfortunately, Yang hooked himself behind the 9 and it was all downhill for him.

Anyways, it will be Wu Yu-Lun against Yang Ching-Shun and Fong Pang-Chao
vs. Ronnie Alcano in the semifinals. I wouldn't miss it for the world!
