I have seen many poolrooms with nice lights over the tables that are long and wide enough for some advertising space to be used.
Maybe charge a vendor like a pizza place $100 for one side of the ad space on the light. So thats not bad, $200 per table per year times what ever you have. Bowling alleys do it all the time. The customers pay for the ad at your local sign business.
Was curious if anyone does it?
One thing I did in my poolroom was buy a Popcorn machine. Popcorn is like $15 for 40 LBS. So cheap I gave it away for free. Since you make it you can control it so it doesn't get messy with oil on the tables like the microwave chunk etc.. The customers loved it and you know whats next. You can't eat popcorn without getting somenthing to drink. So you make money and they love it because its free. I did it free because the health department was going to make me go through a bunch of crap. On Friday nites I also gave away free hotdogs at 9pm which were made on my grill. If your giving things away the health deprtemtn can't say anything to you, at least not in CT. 32 hotdogs every fri cost me $15. Your building good will and its hard to eat a hotdog without something to drink as well.
